All the official formalities were done smoothly by the builders and I had to only put my signature and the apartment has become ours. The after sale facility is also excellent. The maintenance personnel make periodical visit and enquire about the facilities. I have to just, to just make a call or shoot a mail if I have any minor problem, action is taken immediately. I really feel pampered and I am living in peace now. I can happily say now that I have make a right decision.
